1. Manage, facilitate, and ensure completion of all inventories and cycle counts.
2. Validate stock adjustments and investigate discrepancies in receptions or stock transfers.
3. Oversee the 'End of Life' product cycle and manage the Turkey 'After Sales' program.
4. Ensure store compliance with policies and processes, driving operational excellence through audits and action plans.
5. Train newcomers in Dior retail procedures, stock management, and cash desk operations.
6. Prepare monthly internal control reports and lead projects for back-office tool evolution.
7. Ensure maintenance and overall upkeep of the store and local head offices, managing facilities including cleaning, repair, maintenance, and security.
8. Oversee all processing of shipments, transfers, and consignments, coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
9. Pre-check store invoices and follow up on sales reconciliation between Dior systems and e-invoice portals.
10. Follow up on contract expiry and renewals, and coordinate with the Dior Legal Department and local advisors.
11. Coordinate with the Dior Architecture Department and local suppliers for store openings and renovations.

1. University graduate with 5-10 years of management experience.
2. Retail experience is essential.
3. Proficiency in English and native proficiency in Turkish.

1. Proficiency in Excel.
2. Accounting and logistics skills are advantageous.
3. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Minimum of 5 years in a management role, preferably within the retail sector.

University degree required.
