1. Manage and ensure completion of all inventories and cycle counts.
2. Validate stock adjustments and investigate discrepancies with Head Office.
3. Oversee the 'End of Life' product cycle and the Turkey 'After Sales' program.
4. Ensure compliance with store policies and drive operational excellence through audits and action plans.
5. Train new employees in Dior retail procedures and prepare monthly internal control reports.
6. Ensure maintenance and upkeep of stores and local Head Offices, managing facilities and liaising with subcontractors.
7. Oversee shipment processing, transfers, and consignments, coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
8. Pre-check store invoices and follow up on sales reconciliation and expense control.
9. Coordinate with Finance Manager and Head Office on insurance matters and annual external audits.
10. Manage contract expirations and renewals, and coordinate with the Dior Legal Department.
11. Coordinate store opening and renovation projects with Dior Architecture Department and local suppliers.

1. University graduate with 5-10 years of management experience.
2. Retail experience is essential.
3. Proficiency in accounting and logistics is advantageous.
4. Native Turkish speaker with proficiency in English.
5. Advanced Excel skills.
