Christian Dior Corporate Financial Controller

- Lead financial oversight for corporate functions including communication, general services, headquarters, HR, Capex, and cash management.
- Manage a team of 4 financial controllers, reporting directly to the Group Financial Control Director.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and monthly/annual reports for corporate functions.
- Conduct monthly closures, analyze accounting data, and produce reports for the CFO.
- Control and monitor consolidated SG&A expenses in collaboration with retail subsidiary finance teams.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and collaborate with the Purchasing Department to implement action plans.
- Analyze and track investment project profitability and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with HR to control and monitor headquarters payroll and staffing.
- Participate in cash flow forecasting and optimization with the Treasury Department, considering subsidiary specifics such as currencies and local regulations.
- Consolidate and verify cash data from subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the Tax Department to integrate fiscal considerations into cash management and forecasts.
- Implement cash tracking tools and conduct variance analysis.
- Manage and develop a team of financial controllers, ensuring task allocation, training, and performance evaluation.
- Work closely with business unit leaders to align financial and operational objectives.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the evolution of reporting tools and management control processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.
- Advanced degree in finance/accounting (business school, Master CCA, DSCG).
- Proven experience of at least 10 years in financial control, with 5 years in a corporate environment, preferably in the fashion/luxury sector.
- Demonstrated managerial experience overseeing teams of 3 or more.
- Experience in an international setting.
- Proficiency in management tools (SAP, advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau).
- Knowledge of IFRS standards and financial specifics of the fashion/luxury sector.
- Leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical rigor and synthetic thinking.
- Excellent summarization abilities.
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written).
Minimum of 10 years in financial control, with at least 5 years in a corporate environment within the fashion/luxury sector.
Advanced degree in finance/accounting (business school, Master CCA, DSCG).
