Christian Dior Compliance Legal Intern

- Draft and review tools, procedures, and documents related to compliance.
- Prepare presentation materials.
- Document meeting minutes.
- Conduct research for due diligence procedures.
- Perform documentary research on relevant legal topics, including case law and benchmarks.
- Manage conflict of interest declarations.
- Verify international sanctions lists.
- Collaborate with global subsidiaries on compliance program deployment.
- Support the Ethics & Compliance correspondent network.
- Engage with various departments for operational implementation of compliance tools and procedures.
- Draft a weekly newsletter on Ethics & Compliance.
- Monitor action plans related to Sapin 2.
- Conduct legal monitoring on topics handled by the department.
- Master's degree in Law, Political Science, Business Ethics, or Internal Audit & Control.
- Strong understanding of business compliance issues (Sapin 2, FCPA/UKBA, whistleblower protection, duty of care, anti-money laundering).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Integrity and ethical judgment.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in digital tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Master's degree in relevant fields such as Law, Political Science, Business Ethics, or Internal Audit & Control.
