1. Draft and review tools, procedures, and documents related to compliance.
2. Prepare presentation materials.
3. Document meeting minutes.
4. Conduct research for due diligence procedures.
5. Perform documentary research on relevant legal topics, including case law and benchmarks.
6. Manage conflict of interest declarations.
7. Verify international sanctions lists.
8. Collaborate with global subsidiaries on compliance program deployment.
9. Support the Ethics & Compliance correspondent network.
10. Engage with various departments for operational implementation of compliance tools and procedures.
11. Draft a weekly newsletter on Ethics & Compliance.
12. Monitor action plans related to Sapin 2.
13. Conduct legal monitoring on topics handled by the department.

1. Master's degree in Law, Political Science, Business Ethics, or Internal Audit & Control.

1. Strong understanding of business compliance issues (Sapin 2, FCPA/UKBA, whistleblower protection, duty of care, anti-money laundering).
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Attention to detail and analytical skills.
4. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
5. Integrity and ethical judgment.
6. Fluency in English.
7. Proficiency in digital tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in relevant fields such as Law, Political Science, Business Ethics, or Internal Audit & Control.
