Christian Dior Compensation and Workforce Planning Manager

- Develop and implement an annual payroll and workforce planning calendar in collaboration with HR and Finance teams.
- Support headquarters teams in recruitment management and tracking of employee movements.
- Assist regional teams in monitoring workforce against budgets, including temporary staff.
- Propose workforce adjustments to regions as necessary.
- Present data consolidations and insights to Global HR Management.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual report.
- Consolidate and monitor the HR General Expenses budget.
- Validate purchase requests and establish a simplified governance process for approval.
- Define governance for invoice validation circuits.
- Respond to specific data requests from Global Management.
- Collaborate with HRIS teams to enhance data quality and tool development.
- Provide strategic insight into the C&B policy for headquarters.
- Review and propose annual salary grids for entry-level executives and interns.
- Prepare C&B packages for headquarters staff, excluding Directors and Studio/Atelier employees.
- Ensure compliance with benefits policies.
- Implement CDC and LVMH C&B processes, including annual salary reviews and bonus calculations.
- Benchmark the competitiveness of C&B contracts at headquarters.
- Offer C&B expertise to the headquarters HR Director and team.
- Conduct annual job evaluations using the Group's mapping method.
- Contribute to defining salary bands for France in collaboration with European teams.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in management control, including HR management control and ideally in compensation.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Expert proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.
- Strong affinity for HR information systems.
- Analytical and synthesis skills for data processing and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy and confidentiality adherence.
- Strong numerical aptitude and data handling precision.
A minimum of 10 years in management control, with a focus on HR management control and compensation.
