1. Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business or a related field.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
4. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
5. Previous experience in a fashion house or agency is preferred.
