1. Assist in developing and articulating the brand's narrative, emphasizing its DNA, talent, culture, and craftsmanship through innovative content initiatives.
2. Strengthen and cultivate relationships with key talents within the Maison Dior to co-create and disseminate the #DreamInDior experience.
3. Support the creation, launch, and monitoring of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, including UNESCO & Women@Dior.
4. Aid in the development and implementation of a comprehensive range of communication tools to ensure the success of HR social media strategies, both organic and sponsored.
5. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to support event management and execution.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Business, or Marketing.
2. Previous experience in an agency or luxury fashion house is preferred.

1. Proficiency in written and verbal French and English.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
3. Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Beginner level experience, ideally within the luxury industry.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Business, or Marketing.
