1. Share passion for fine dining with clients.
2. Assist in the service of food and beverages.
3. Support the chef de rang in managing service and customer relations.
4. Prepare hot beverages, fruit juices, and various drinks, as well as baskets of pastries, bread, and toasts in the back office.
5. Maintain liaison with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding.
6. Ensure an exceptional client experience across different sales areas.
7. Promote various services and products available at 30 Montaigne.
8. Clear and clean during service.
9. Maintain and clean service equipment.
10. Ensure optimal supply of the point of sale.
11. Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
12. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.
