1. Prepare mise en place for various dishes offered.
2. Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and creation of dishes.
3. Ensure impeccable service according to restaurant procedures.
4. Participate in the development of dishes based on instructions from superiors.
5. Maintain cleanliness of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
6. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and company procedures.
7. Ensure proper sorting and disposal of waste.
8. Organize storage of goods in cold rooms or storerooms.
9. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or risk of accidents to superiors.

1. Previous experience in a luxury establishment as a Commis Chef or Cook.

1. Strong attention to detail and a highly developed sense of service.
2. Creativity, organization, and passion for the culinary arts.
3. Excellent teamwork skills.
4. Dynamism, initiative, autonomy, and a strong will.
5. Excellent presentation, punctuality, and interest in the hospitality and catering sector.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury establishment.
