1. Perform necessary mise en place for various dishes offered.
2. Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and creation of dishes.
3. Ensure impeccable service in accordance with restaurant procedures.
4. Participate in the development of dishes based on instructions from superiors.
5. Maintain cleanliness of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
6. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and the House's procedures.
7. Ensure proper sorting and disposal of waste.
8. Organize storage of goods in cold rooms or storerooms.
9. Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or accident risks to superiors.

1. Previous experience in a luxury establishment as a Commis Chef or Cook.

2. Creativity, organization, passion, and strong team spirit.
3. Dynamism, initiative, autonomy, and willingness.
4. Excellent presentation, punctuality, and interest in the hospitality sector.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a luxury establishment.
