1. Execute the necessary mise en place for various dishes offered.
2. Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and creation of dishes.
3. Ensure impeccable service in accordance with the restaurant's procedures.
4. Participate in the creation of dishes based on directives from superiors.
5. Maintain the cleanliness of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
6. Assist in the reception of goods following HACCP protocols and the Maison's procedures.
7. Ensure proper waste sorting and disposal.
8. Organize food storage in cold rooms or storerooms.
9. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues to superiors.

1. Previous experience in a luxury establishment as a Commis Chef or Cook.

2. Creativity, organization, and passion for the culinary arts.
3. Team spirit, dynamism, and initiative.
4. Autonomy, willingness, and excellent presentation.
5. Punctuality and interest in the hospitality and restaurant sector.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a luxury establishment.
