1. Prepare mise en place for various dishes offered.
2. Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and creation of dishes.
3. Ensure impeccable service according to restaurant procedures.
4. Participate in the creation of dishes based on directives from superiors.
5. Maintain cleanliness of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
6. Assist in receiving goods following HACCP protocols and company procedures.
7. Ensure proper waste sorting and disposal.
8. Organize storage of goods in cold rooms or storerooms.
9. Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or accident risks to superiors.

1. Previous experience in a luxury establishment as a Commis Chef or Cook.
2. Strong attention to detail and a highly developed sense of service.
3. Creativity, organization, passion, and a strong team spirit.
4. Dynamism, initiative, autonomy, willingness, excellent presentation, punctuality, and interest in the hospitality sector.
