Christian Dior Commercial Director of Fine Jewellery and Timepieces

- Define and implement the commercial vision and strategy for the Fine Jewellery and Timepieces division, including a three-year development plan, budget management, and showroom oversight.
- Develop and monitor annual and monthly sales budgets by market, focusing on volume and revenue.
- Manage the merchandising team to ensure optimal product placement in collaboration with the supply chain.
- Create and oversee retail projects to enhance the category's presence internally and externally, in partnership with training, CRM, and operations.
- Establish and maintain market relationships, collaborating with regional leaders to strengthen the Fine Jewellery and Timepieces ambassador community.
- Conduct weekly and monthly follow-ups with markets, tracking sales performance and implementing action plans as needed.
- Define client development strategies with CRM and lead dedicated retail events.
- Oversee network developments, including openings and renovations, to ensure alignment with sales potential.
- 15 to 18 years of experience in a sophisticated retail or merchandising environment, with a strong client and retail focus.
- Proven international experience, particularly in key jewellery markets such as the USA, China, and Europe.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- Strong expertise in luxury retail best practices, client orientation, and strategic vision.
- Exemplary leadership and collaborative spirit, with the ability to inspire and break down silos.
- Acute product and client sensitivity, with a hands-on approach to operational and strategic tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with product, retail, and communication experts.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field, with a focus on international markets and luxury retail.
