1. Support the management of heritage collections, including the entire cycle of integration into the collections.
2. Identify contemporary collection deposits and vintage acquisitions, including garments and accessories.
3. Create inventory numbers and index items in the database.
4. Index photographs related to garments and accessories in the database.
5. Produce heritage labels for garments and accessories.
6. Ensure each piece has a corresponding photograph in the database after transfer to external reserves.
7. Coordinate with the packaging department to ensure proper conditioning before external storage.

1. Currently enrolled in a program related to art management, preventive conservation, or documentation.
2. Strong understanding of objects and their conservation.

Beginner level experience in collections management or related fields.
