Christian Dior Collection Merchandiser - Men's Tailoring

- Conduct comprehensive competitive product analysis to identify emerging trends and market opportunities.
- Establish strong relationships with retail merchandising to align commercial needs across regions.
- Develop collection plans and product strategies for four annual collections and various capsules.
- Set target prices and define pricing positioning, incorporating feedback from production and retail merchandising while adhering to the brand's margin objectives.
- Assist in the development of collections in collaboration with the studio and development teams, addressing fitting and prototyping issues.
- Coordinate showroom and fashion show preparations, including the creation of fabric books and sales tools for annual collections.
- Brief the photo studio for packshots and still life photography.
- Present collections to Press, Wholesale, E-commerce, and CRM teams for each collection.
- Support sales sessions for Elite clients.
- Coordinate marketing, advertising, and communication shoots, as well as e-commerce initiatives.
- Manage prototype flows and inventory of collections.
- Prepare ATA carnets for international collection shipments.
- Validate captions for lookbooks.
- Centralize CRM team gift needs and coordinate with the studio and development.
- Oversee order placement during showrooms with the Production Coordination team.
- Draft product guidelines for the e-commerce team and validate product descriptions and packshots for the online sales platform.
- Assist in creating training tools for Dior Academy and support the definition of uniforms for boutiques and showroom sales staff.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on sales support and specific packaging projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion or luxury sectors.
- Strong product sensitivity, aesthetic sense, creativity, and curiosity.
- Interest in men's fashion.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and CONCATENATE functions).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Team spirit, strong interpersonal skills, dynamism, and adaptability.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the fashion or luxury industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
