1. Support the management of heritage collections, overseeing the entire cycle of entry into the collections.
2. Identify contemporary collection deposits and vintage acquisitions, including garments and accessories.
3. Create inventory numbers and index items in the database.
4. Index photographs related to garments and accessories in the database.
5. Produce heritage labels for garments and accessories.
6. Ensure each accessory has an accompanying photograph in the database post-transfer to external reserves.
7. Coordinate with the packaging team to ensure proper conditioning before items are sent to external reserves.

1. Currently pursuing studies in art management, preventive conservation, or documentation of works.
2. Strong understanding of objects and their historical significance.
