Christian Dior Client Service Representative

- Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment, greeting and acknowledging customers, and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Efficiently manage point-of-sale systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and media maintenance.
- Utilize proper telephone etiquette for customer inquiries, message taking, and call transfers.
- Assist in the packing and wrapping of customer merchandise.
- Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to manage customer exchanges and returns.
- Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
- Complete all opening and closing procedures, securing cash and receipts.
- Maintain an orderly register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Provide support to the selling floor as needed.
- Participate in inventory activities.
- Address problems and make informed suggestions to enhance service and productivity in the cash wrap area.
- Support general Boutique operational tasks, including safety, security, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Ability to work full-time with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Availability to travel as needed.

Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, with a preference for luxury retail background.
Hourly rate between $20-$24, plus bonus eligibility. Rate dependent on skills and experience.
