2. Oversee the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring cash integrity and efficient transaction processing.
3. Manage client service operations, including aftersales and phone communication.
4. Assist in inventory control and loss prevention strategies.
5. Support the Boutique Leadership Team in managing customer exchanges and returns.
6. Train and coach stock associates in operational tasks, safety, and security protocols.
7. Maintain the orderly appearance of the register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
8. Participate in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
9. Contribute to problem-solving and provide informed suggestions to enhance service and productivity.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Willingness to work a flexible full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
5. Commitment to adhering to company policies and standards.
6. Availability to travel as needed.
