1. Oversee the day-to-day management of Client Service Representative functions within the boutique.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
3. Manage the Point of Sale system and ensure cash integrity and inventory control.
4. Handle aftersales services, client inquiries, and phone communications with proper etiquette.
5. Assist in merchandise packing and wrapping, and manage customer exchanges or returns in collaboration with the Boutique Leadership Team.
6. Communicate customer requests and feedback to management effectively.
7. Complete all opening and closing procedures accurately, securing all cash and receipts.
8. Maintain the orderly appearance of the register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
9. Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
10. Provide assistance on the selling floor as needed and participate in inventories.
11. Solve problems and make informed suggestions to enhance service and productivity in the cashwrap area.
12. Train, coach, and manage stock associates in executing operational tasks, safety, and security policies.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. 3+ years of retail cashiering experience preferred.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities.
3. Proficiency in managing POS systems and inventory control.
4. Ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise boxes.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
