1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment, greeting and acknowledging customers, and maintaining housekeeping standards.
2. Efficiently manage the point-of-sale system, ensuring accurate cash handling and media management.
3. Utilize proper telephone etiquette for customer inquiries and message handling.
4. Assist with packing or wrapping customer purchases and managing exchanges or returns in collaboration with the Boutique Leadership Team.
5. Communicate customer feedback and requests to management.
6. Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing cash and receipts.
7. Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and general housekeeping.
8. Participate in inventory activities and support overall boutique operations, including safety, security, and policy adherence.

1. 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
4. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
5. Commitment to adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards.
