- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Efficiently manage point-of-sale transactions and ensure cash integrity.
- Utilize proper telephone etiquette for customer inquiries and communication.
- Assist in packaging and wrapping customer purchases.
- Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to handle customer exchanges and returns.
- Communicate customer feedback to management.
- Complete opening and closing procedures, ensuring security of cash and receipts.
- Maintain an orderly register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Support merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
- Assist with floor moves and provide support on the selling floor.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Contribute to problem-solving and efficiency improvements in the cash wrap area.
- Support general Boutique operations, including safety and security protocols.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
- Adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
The position offers a salary range of $18-$23 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience.
