1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
2. Efficiently manage point-of-sale transactions and ensure cash integrity.
3. Utilize proper telephone etiquette for customer inquiries and communication.
4. Assist in packaging and wrapping customer purchases.
5. Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to handle customer exchanges and returns.
6. Communicate customer feedback to management.
7. Complete opening and closing procedures, ensuring security of cash and receipts.
8. Maintain an orderly register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
9. Support merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
10. Assist with floor moves and provide support on the selling floor.
11. Participate in inventory management.
12. Contribute to problem-solving and efficiency improvements in the cash wrap area.
13. Support general Boutique operations, including safety and security protocols.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
5. Adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
6. Willingness to travel as needed.

Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably within the luxury sector.

The position offers a salary range of $18-$23 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience.
