1. Ensure outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment, greeting customers, and maintaining product knowledge.
2. Accurately process transactions and maintain cash integrity at registers.
3. Utilize proper telephone etiquette for customer inquiries and call transfers.
4. Assist in packing or wrapping customer merchandise.
5. Handle customer exchanges or returns in collaboration with the Boutique Leadership Team.
6. Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
7. Complete opening and closing procedures, ensuring cash and receipts are secured.
8. Maintain an orderly register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
9. Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
10. Provide assistance on the selling floor as needed.
11. Participate in inventory activities.
12. Address service and efficiency issues at the cash wrap area.
13. Support general boutique operations, including safety, security, and adherence to policies.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
5. Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
6. Availability to travel as needed.

Salary range of $18-$23 per hour, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
