Christian Dior Client Service Representative

- Provide outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Efficiently manage point-of-sale systems and ensure cash integrity.
- Handle phone communications with proper etiquette and assist with customer inquiries.
- Assist in packaging and wrapping customer purchases.
- Manage customer exchanges and returns in collaboration with the Boutique Leadership Team.
- Communicate customer feedback and requests to management.
- Complete all opening and closing procedures accurately, securing cash and receipts.
- Maintain the orderliness of the register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Participate in inventory activities.
- Contribute to problem-solving and suggest improvements for service and productivity in the cash wrap area.
- Support general boutique operations, including safety, security, and policy adherence.
- 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
- Adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.

A minimum of three years in a retail cashiering role, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector.
