- Provide outstanding customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment, including greeting and acknowledging customers, maintaining housekeeping standards, and possessing solid product knowledge.
- Accurately manage point-of-sale transactions and maintain cash integrity.
- Utilize proper telephone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and transferring calls.
- Assist in packaging and wrapping customer merchandise.
- Manage customer exchanges and returns in collaboration with the Boutique Leadership Team.
- Communicate customer feedback and requests to management.
- Complete all opening and closing procedures, ensuring the security of cash and receipts.
- Maintain the orderliness of the register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
- Provide support to the selling floor as needed.
- Participate in inventory processes.
- Address and resolve issues affecting service and productivity in the cash wrap area.
- Support general boutique operations, including safety, security, and policy adherence.
- Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.

Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
