Christian Dior Client Service Representative

- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Efficiently manage point-of-sale operations, ensuring cash integrity and accurate transaction processing.
- Handle customer inquiries and communications with professionalism, including telephone etiquette and message taking.
- Assist in merchandise packing and wrapping, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to manage customer exchanges and returns.
- Communicate customer feedback and requests to management for continuous improvement.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, securing cash and receipts.
- Maintain an orderly register area and ensure adequate supply stock.
- Support floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance.
- Participate in inventory processes and contribute to loss prevention efforts.
- Assist in general boutique operations, including safety and security protocols.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in luxury.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
- Commitment to adhere to company policies and standards.
- Willingness to travel as required.
