1. Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
2. Accurately manage point-of-sale transactions and maintain cash integrity.
3. Utilize proper telephone etiquette for customer inquiries and communication.
4. Assist in packaging and wrapping customer purchases.
5. Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to handle customer exchanges and returns.
6. Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
7. Perform opening and closing procedures, ensuring security of cash and receipts.
8. Maintain the organization of the register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
9. Support merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
10. Provide assistance on the selling floor as needed.
11. Participate in inventory management.
12. Address and resolve issues affecting service and efficiency in the cash wrap area.
13. Support general boutique operations, including safety, security, and adherence to policies.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
5. Commitment to adhering to company policies and standards.
6. Willingness to travel as needed.
