Christian Dior Client Service Representative

- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment, greeting customers, and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Efficiently manage point-of-sale systems, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and media transactions.
- Exhibit proper telephone etiquette, managing customer inquiries and calls professionally.
- Assist with packaging and wrapping of customer purchases.
- Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to manage customer exchanges and returns.
- Communicate customer feedback and requests to management.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, securing cash and receipts.
- Maintain an orderly register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Support merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
- Assist on the selling floor as needed.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Address and resolve issues affecting service and productivity in the cash wrap area.
- Support general boutique operations, including safety, security, and product receiving.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.

Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, with a preference for luxury background.
