1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment, greeting customers, and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
2. Efficiently manage point-of-sale systems, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and media transactions.
3. Exhibit proper telephone etiquette, managing customer inquiries and calls professionally.
4. Assist with packaging and wrapping of customer purchases.
5. Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to manage customer exchanges and returns.
6. Communicate customer feedback and requests to management.
7. Execute opening and closing procedures, securing cash and receipts.
8. Maintain an orderly register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
9. Support merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
10. Assist on the selling floor as needed.
11. Participate in inventory management.
12. Address and resolve issues affecting service and productivity in the cash wrap area.
13. Support general boutique operations, including safety, security, and product receiving.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
