- Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment, greeting and acknowledging customers, and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Efficiently operate the POS system, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and media transactions.
- Employ proper telephone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and transferring calls.
- Assist with packing and wrapping customer merchandise.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Leadership Team to manage customer exchanges and returns.
- Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
- Execute all opening and closing procedures, securing cash and receipts.
- Maintain an orderly register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Provide assistance on the selling floor as needed.
- Participate in inventory processes.
- Address and resolve issues affecting service and cash wrap efficiency.
- Support general boutique operations, including safety, security, and adherence to policies.
- Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.

Minimum of 3 years in retail cashiering, with a preference for luxury sector experience.
$18-$23 per hour, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
