1. Develop and maintain a clienteling culture in partnership with the Boutique Management team.
2. Plan and implement client initiatives before, during, and after service activities.
3. Support sales and management teams with CRM, Special Events, and Client Development activities.
4. Ensure timely and important follow-up with all new clients to achieve repeat sales within six months.
5. Lead client gifting initiatives for global celebrations and personal occasions such as birthdays.
6. Ensure alignment of store teams on all client initiatives through regular meetings and touchpoints.
7. Provide training and coaching on the Be Dior tool and ensure its daily usage by sales associates.
8. Manage the transition of clients between sales associates to ensure successful relationship continuity.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management or a related field.
2. Proven track record in developing and maintaining client relationships in a luxury retail environment.
