1. Provide comprehensive support to the Client Relations department for daily business and administrative needs.
2. Plan, organize, and execute VIP client treatments and group activities, including budgeting and logistics.
3. Maintain detailed organizational documents such as product orders, timelines, client lists, schedules, and itineraries.
4. Coordinate with boutique teams across North America for fashion show pre-planning.
5. Manage logistics for ad hoc projects, including asset distribution and retrieval.
6. Participate in brainstorming sessions for client events.
7. Assist in planning and executing client-specific events.
8. Communicate weekly with the Paris office to coordinate ad hoc projects and gifting.
9. Generate event recap reports.
10. Assist the Manager with accounts payable, invoicing, and vendor payments.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred

1. Detail-oriented and methodical with strong multitasking abilities.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a focus on accuracy.
3. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage large quantities of data.
7. Interest in consumer behavior and purchasing habits.

Prior experience in luxury or client-facing roles is advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Salary range of $70k – $80k annually, plus bonus eligibility.
