1. Support the regional Client Marketing team and collaborate with local marketing managers to develop event proposals, ensuring smooth coordination with headquarters.
2. Assist in the planning and execution of events, identifying innovative concepts tailored to diverse client profiles for collection launches.
3. Manage logistics for international shipments of event tools and props.
4. Collect and analyze post-event reports to develop regional client marketing collection analyses.
5. Compile quarterly competitor reports.
6. Oversee gifting orders from headquarters, managing logistics and re-invoicing to regional countries.
7. Prepare departmental presentations and provide general team support.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
2. Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Excellent communication skills for engaging with key stakeholders.
