1. Assist and coordinate promotional and special programs.
2. Ensure marketing and client development management (CDM) implementations align with Dior's brand image and guidelines.
3. Support the organization of CDM events.
4. Maintain constant communication with the Retail team to assist with projects and corporate communication.
5. Collaborate with other departments to support company initiatives and special projects.
6. Handle client complaints related to service and other issues.
7. Monitor and manage relationships with third-party partners such as hospitality and wine companies.
8. Manage gift stock, including receiving, delivery, distribution, and auditing with boutique teams.
9. Coordinate event and client treatment execution between boutiques, office, and suppliers.
10. Prepare event and gifting reports, including photos and feedback collection from boutique teams.
11. Prepare payment documents for all expenses within the scope of CDM.
12. Work with digital tools to collect feedback and incident requests related to Dior Star and Dior Nova.
