1. Assist in coordinating promotions and special programs.
2. Ensure marketing and Client Development Management (CDM) activities align with Dior's brand image and guidelines.
3. Support the organization of CDM events.
4. Maintain regular communication with the Retail team to assist with projects and corporate communication.
5. Collaborate with other departments to support company initiatives and special projects.
6. Address client complaints related to services and other issues.
7. Monitor and manage relationships with third-party partners such as hospitality and wine companies.
8. Manage gift stock, including receiving, delivery, distribution, and auditing with boutique teams.
9. Coordinate event and client treatment execution between boutiques, office, and suppliers.
10. Prepare event and gifting reports, including photos and feedback collection from boutique teams.
11. Prepare payment documents for all CDM-related expenses.
12. Utilize digital tools to collect feedback and manage incident requests for Dior Star and Dior Nova.
