- Support countries and general management in generating client behavior insights to drive operational programs.
- Provide client insights to build the right marketing strategy per country.
- Analyze client profiles and purchase behavior.
- Regularly monitor KPIs for product launches and specific projects.
- Support countries with specific requests and provide strategic analyses for presentations.
- Animate the community by sharing best practices and monitoring performance.
- Serve as the regional referent for data management and quality monitoring.
- Define and build personalized omnichannel client journeys for each segment.
- Ensure consistency in communication and optimize client engagement.
- Set up dashboards to monitor clienteling program performance and propose optimization plans.
- Coordinate the deployment of training modules in collaboration with the Training department.
- Manage the gifting strategy and oversee the CRM Europe budget.
- Manage the CRM coordinator and Direct Marketing coordinator.
- 5-8 years of experience in the luxury industry.
- Global understanding of the luxury industry and product environment.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in client analytics and mastery of tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Experience with main database tools like Neolane and Cegid.
- Development and execution of structured approaches to solve operational objectives.
