1. Assist in the creation and development of client engagement programs.
2. Plan, organize, and execute VIP client treatments.
3. Ensure client integration into events and develop comprehensive follow-up plans using a 360 Event Strategy.
4. Validate sales through the Stylist Program.
5. Coordinate with boutique teams across North America for fashion show preparations.
6. Maintain and verify client databases.
7. Support boutiques in client segment growth and development.
8. Manage logistics for ad hoc projects, including asset coordination.
9. Participate in brainstorming sessions for client events.
10. Assist in planning and executing client-specific events.
11. Coordinate with the Paris office for ad hoc projects and gifting.
12. Generate event-recap reports and manage event guest lists.
13. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

1. At least 6 months of prior experience.
2. Availability for a full-time, 12-month program from July 2026 through July 2027.
3. Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with remote work on Fridays.

9. Capability to handle large quantities of data.
10. Interest in consumer behavior and purchasing habits.

At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field is required.
