Christian Dior Client Development Trainee

- Assist in the creation and development of client engagement programs.
- Plan, organize, and execute VIP client treatments.
- Ensure client integration into events and develop comprehensive follow-up plans using a 360 Event Strategy.
- Validate sales through the Stylist Program.
- Coordinate with boutique teams across North America for fashion show preparations.
- Maintain and verify client databases.
- Support boutiques in client segment growth and development.
- Manage logistics for ad hoc projects, including asset coordination.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for client events.
- Assist in planning and executing client-specific events.
- Coordinate with the Paris office for ad hoc projects and gifting.
- Generate event-recap reports and manage event guest lists.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- At least 6 months of prior experience.
- Availability for a full-time, 12-month program from July 2026 through July 2027.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with remote work on Fridays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent follow-through and analytical capabilities.
- Superior time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., V-lookups, pivot tables).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to learn quickly and retain processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Capability to handle large quantities of data.
- Interest in consumer behavior and purchasing habits.
At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field is required.
The position offers a salary of $20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
