1. Assist in the creation and development of client engagement programs.
2. Coordinate planning, logistics, and execution of VIP client treatments.
3. Ensure client integration into events and develop comprehensive follow-up plans.
4. Validate sales through the Stylist Program.
5. Collaborate with boutique teams across North America for fashion show planning.
6. Maintain and verify client databases.
7. Support boutiques in client segment growth and development.
8. Manage logistics for ad hoc projects, including asset handling.
9. Participate in brainstorming sessions for client events.
10. Assist in planning and executing client-specific events.
11. Coordinate with the Paris office for ad hoc projects and gifting.
12. Generate event-recap reports.
13. Manage event guest lists.
14. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

1. At least 6 months of relevant experience.
2. Availability for a full-time, 12-month program from July 2026 through July 2027.
3. Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with remote work on Fridays.

2. Excellent follow-through and analytical capabilities.
3. Proficient time management and prioritization skills.
4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
5. Advanced Excel skills, including V-lookups and pivot tables.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
7. Ability to learn quickly and retain processes.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills.
9. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
10. Capability to handle large data quantities.
11. Interest in consumer behavior and purchasing habits.

A minimum of 6 months of prior experience in a related field is required.
