3. Enhance the VIP client portfolio by recruiting high-net-worth clients through strategic business connections.
4. Support VIP Client Managers during client visits, providing personalized assistance and ensuring a luxury experience.
5. Organize exclusive client events within Salon Privé, adhering to brand standards and guidelines.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure events reflect the essence of Dior.
7. Monitor and manage marketing and event budgets accurately.
8. Prepare reports for event guest lists and post-event analysis.
9. Collaborate with the Uber Luxury Manager and team to achieve departmental goals.
10. Assist in developing strategies to attract and retain elite clients.
11. Stay informed about Dior's latest products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance.

1. Proven experience in a luxury retail environment, focusing on client experience and event management.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
