1. Coach and educate boutique sales teams on clienteling from recruitment to elite clients.
2. Conduct regular in-boutique CDM training sessions and provide one-on-one coaching.
3. Induct new starters in CDM across Sydney, Melbourne, and other locations as required.
4. Monitor and track clienteling performance and set accountability for sales teams.
5. Review and improve CDM KPIs and work with Boutique Managers on NPS feedback.
6. Collaborate with the National CDM Team to implement strategies in boutiques.
7. Oversee and maintain a consistent Dior approach to clienteling.
8. Coordinate and execute in-boutique events to maximize ROI and client experience.
9. Identify high-potential clients and develop individualized strategies for growth.
10. Understand competitor CDM activities and share insights with the National CDM Team.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in executing CDM strategies.
2. Proven ability to support, guide, and coach front-line leaders.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in client development and marketing strategies.
4. Ability to analyze and improve key performance indicators.

A minimum of 3 years in client development marketing or a related field, with a proven track record in executing CDM strategies across stores.

A tertiary degree in Marketing or a related field is highly regarded but not essential.
