Christian Dior Client Development Manager

- Manage and develop the Client Development Management (CDM) strategy and VIP client relationships within the Milan boutique.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Dior at all points of business contact.
- Ensure the management and development of clients to increase loyalty, with a focus on local clientele, in collaboration with department managers and client development specialists.
- Oversee all strategic, operational, and corporate events, proposing and facilitating local events.
- Ensure Dior standards are applied and maintained in events, client experiences, and back-office activities.
- Monitor CRM KPIs and provide feedback to the Head Office CDM team for continuous improvement.
- Support the team in driving strategy from KPIs on the shop floor, providing training to the sales team on Dior CRM tools and coaching during clienteling hours.
- Improve client segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
- Monitor results and profitability of all implemented actions.
- Possess full knowledge of back-office functions and boutique analysis.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within luxury fashion.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding customer service, initiative, and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
- Strong sensitivity to the luxury products universe.
- Commercial mindset.
- Proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 10 years of experience within the luxury fashion sector is required.
