Christian Dior Client Development Manager

- Manage and develop the client development strategy for the boutique.
- Nurture and enhance relationships with VIP clients.
- Support the boutique located in El Corte Inglés Castellana.
- Increase client loyalty, particularly among local clientele, in collaboration with Department Managers and Sales Associates.
- Develop a portfolio of VVIC and Elite level clients.
- Plan and execute VIP events in coordination with the Events team.
- Propose and facilitate local events with a focus on ROI to enhance customer loyalty.
- Ensure CRM capture rate remains consistently above 90%.
- Provide feedback to the Head Office CDM team for data improvement.
- Monitor results and profitability of all implemented actions.
- Improve client segmentation, profiling, and targeting to enhance ROI.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Dior at all times.
- Stay informed about communication and global marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Southern Europe Retail Marketing Manager for client activations.
- Implement key clienteling actions with Diormag and Gifting programs.
- Drive the strategy on Dior Journeys to ensure comprehensive client engagement.
- Provide training on Dior CRM tools to the Sales team.
- Implement a CDM rota to ensure consistent client contact.
- Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports for managers and departments.
- Support the team in executing strategy based on KPIs on the shop floor.
- Ensure Dior standards are maintained in merchandising, client experience, and back-office activities.
- Apply company procedures on security related to theft and pilferage.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
- Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Relationship building skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury fashion is required.
