1. Manage and develop the client development strategy for the boutique.
2. Nurture and enhance relationships with VIP clients.
3. Support the boutique located in El Corte Inglés Castellana.
4. Increase client loyalty, particularly among local clientele, in collaboration with Department Managers and Sales Associates.
5. Develop a portfolio of VVIC and Elite level clients.
6. Plan and execute VIP events in coordination with the Events team.
7. Propose and facilitate local events with a focus on ROI to enhance customer loyalty.
8. Ensure CRM capture rate remains consistently above 90%.
9. Provide feedback to the Head Office CDM team for data improvement.
10. Monitor results and profitability of all implemented actions.
11. Improve client segmentation, profiling, and targeting to enhance ROI.
12. Act as a brand ambassador for Dior at all times.
13. Stay informed about communication and global marketing strategies.
14. Collaborate with the Southern Europe Retail Marketing Manager for client activations.
15. Implement key clienteling actions with Diormag and Gifting programs.
16. Drive the strategy on Dior Journeys to ensure comprehensive client engagement.
17. Provide training on Dior CRM tools to the Sales team.
18. Implement a CDM rota to ensure consistent client contact.
19. Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports for managers and departments.
20. Support the team in executing strategy based on KPIs on the shop floor.
21. Ensure Dior standards are maintained in merchandising, client experience, and back-office activities.
22. Apply company procedures on security related to theft and pilferage.

1. Fluency in Spanish and English.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion.
3. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
4. Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
