Christian Dior Client Development Manager

1. Manage and develop the client development strategy, focusing on VIP clients within the boutique.
2. Enhance client loyalty, particularly among local clientele, in collaboration with Department Managers and Sales Associates.
3. Cultivate a portfolio of clients at VVIC and Elite levels.
4. Oversee strategic, operational, and creative planning of VIP events in conjunction with the Events team.
5. Propose and execute local events with a focus on ROI to boost customer loyalty.
6. Monitor Client Indicators within Product Categories and utilize planned events or animations.
7. Develop and implement operational tools to support departmental teams.
8. Support the Events team from conception to execution of client events.
9. Ensure CRM capture rate remains consistently above 90%.
10. Provide feedback to the Head Office CDM team for continuous data improvement.
11. Assess results and profitability of all implemented actions.
12. Enhance client segmentation, profiling, and targeting to improve ROI.
13. Act as a brand ambassador for Dior at all business contact points, both internally and externally.
14. Stay informed about the communication/global marketing calendar and strategies.
15. Collaborate with the Southern Europe Retail Marketing Manager on client activations and Private Client Relations activities.
16. Implement key clienteling actions with existing and prospective clients through Diormag and Gifting programs.
17. Drive the strategy on Dior Journeys to ensure 100% on Walk In, Welcome, FDA, and Birthday.
18. Provide training to the Sales team on Dior CRM Tools.
19. Implement a CDM rota among the Sales team to ensure client contact.
20. Deliver weekly and monthly KPI reports for all Managers and Departments.
21. Support the team in driving strategy from KPIs on the shop floor.
22. Ensure Dior standards are maintained in merchandising, client experience, and back-office activities.
23. Apply company procedures on security regarding theft/pilferage.

1. Fluency in Turkish and English.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience within luxury fashion.

1. Excellent communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
2. Outstanding customer service, initiative, and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
3. Strong sensitivity to the luxury products universe.
4. Commercial mindset.
5. Proficient in Excel and possess good analytical skills.
6. Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
7. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.

Minimum 5 years of experience within luxury fashion.
