Christian Dior Client Development Manager

- Manage and develop the client development strategy, focusing on VIP clients within the boutique.
- Enhance client loyalty, particularly among local clientele, in collaboration with Department Managers and Sales Associates.
- Cultivate a portfolio of clients at VVIC and Elite levels.
- Oversee strategic, operational, and creative planning of VIP events in conjunction with the Events team.
- Propose and execute local events with a focus on ROI to boost customer loyalty.
- Monitor Client Indicators within Product Categories and utilize planned events or animations.
- Develop and implement operational tools to support departmental teams.
- Support the Events team from conception to execution of client events.
- Ensure CRM capture rate remains consistently above 90%.
- Provide feedback to the Head Office CDM team for continuous data improvement.
- Assess results and profitability of all implemented actions.
- Enhance client segmentation, profiling, and targeting to improve ROI.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Dior at all business contact points, both internally and externally.
- Stay informed about the communication/global marketing calendar and strategies.
- Collaborate with the Southern Europe Retail Marketing Manager on client activations and Private Client Relations activities.
- Implement key clienteling actions with existing and prospective clients through Diormag and Gifting programs.
- Drive the strategy on Dior Journeys to ensure 100% on Walk In, Welcome, FDA, and Birthday.
- Provide training to the Sales team on Dior CRM Tools.
- Implement a CDM rota among the Sales team to ensure client contact.
- Deliver weekly and monthly KPI reports for all Managers and Departments.
- Support the team in driving strategy from KPIs on the shop floor.
- Ensure Dior standards are maintained in merchandising, client experience, and back-office activities.
- Apply company procedures on security regarding theft/pilferage.
- Fluency in Turkish and English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within luxury fashion.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding customer service, initiative, and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
- Strong sensitivity to the luxury products universe.
- Commercial mindset.
- Proficient in Excel and possess good analytical skills.
- Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
Minimum 5 years of experience within luxury fashion.
