1. Manage and develop the Client Development Management (CDM) strategy and VIP clients within the boutique.
2. Enhance client loyalty, focusing on local clientele across all departments in collaboration with Department Managers and Sales Associates.
3. Cultivate a portfolio of clients at VVIC and Elite levels.
4. Oversee strategic, operational, and creative planning of VIP events with the Events team.
5. Propose and facilitate local events with a focus on return on investment to boost customer loyalty.
6. Monitor client indicators within product categories and leverage planned events or animations.
7. Develop and implement operational tools to support departmental teams.
8. Support the Events team from creation to execution of client events.
9. Ensure CRM capture rate consistently exceeds 90%.
10. Provide feedback to the Head Office CDM team for continuous data improvement.
11. Monitor results and profitability of all implemented actions.
12. Improve client segmentation, profiling, and targeting to enhance ROI.

1. Fluency in Spanish and English.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury fashion.

1. Excellent communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
2. Outstanding customer service skills with a sense of initiative and commercial creativity.
3. Strong sensitivity to luxury products and fashion trends.
4. Proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills.
5. Commercial mindset.

A minimum of 5 years of experience within the luxury fashion industry is required.
