1. Manage and develop the Client Development Management (CDM) Strategy and VIP clients within the boutique.
2. Enhance client loyalty with a focus on local clientele, collaborating with Department Managers and Sales Associates.
3. Develop a portfolio of clients at Very Very Important Client (VVIC) and Elite levels.
4. Oversee strategic, operational, and creative planning of VIP events in collaboration with the Events team.
5. Propose and facilitate local events with a focus on return on investment to increase customer loyalty.
6. Monitor client indicators within product categories and leverage planned events or animations.
7. Develop and implement operational tools to support departmental teams.
8. Support the Events team from creation to execution of client events.
9. Ensure CRM capture rate remains consistently above 90%.
10. Provide feedback to the Head Office CDM team for continuous data improvement.
11. Monitor results and profitability of all implemented actions.
12. Enhance client segmentation, profiling, and targeting to improve ROI.
13. Act as a brand ambassador for Dior at all business contact points.
14. Represent the brand at public and store events to promote Dior's image, brand, service, and products.
15. Stay informed about communication and global marketing strategies.
16. Work with the Southern Europe Retail Marketing Manager to identify opportunities for client activations and private client relations activities.
17. Implement key clienteling actions with existing and prospective clients using Diormag and Gifting programs.
18. Build and develop clientele loyalty by personally engaging with clients.
19. Drive the strategy on Dior Journeys to ensure 100% engagement on Walk In, Welcome, FDA, and Birthday initiatives.
20. Provide training to the Sales team on Dior CRM tools.
21. Implement a CDM rota among the Sales team to ensure all clients are contacted.
22. Provide weekly and monthly KPI reports for all managers and departments.
23. Support the team in driving strategy from KPIs on the shop floor.
24. Ensure Dior standards are applied and maintained in merchandising, client experience, and back-office activities.
25. Ensure company procedures on security related to theft and pilferage are applied.

1. Fluency in Spanish and English.
2. Excellent communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
3. Outstanding customer service orientation, initiative, and commercial creativity with a fashion sensitivity.
4. Strong sensitivity to the luxury products universe.
5. Commercial mindset.
6. Excellent proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
7. Previous experience within luxury fashion (minimum 5 years).
8. Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
9. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury fashion.
