Christian Dior Client Development Manager

- Manage and develop the Client Development Management (CDM) Strategy and VIP clients within the boutique.
- Enhance client loyalty with a focus on local clientele, collaborating with Department Managers and Sales Associates.
- Develop a portfolio of clients at Very Very Important Client (VVIC) and Elite levels.
- Oversee strategic, operational, and creative planning of VIP events in collaboration with the Events team.
- Propose and facilitate local events with a focus on return on investment to increase customer loyalty.
- Monitor client indicators within product categories and leverage planned events or animations.
- Develop and implement operational tools to support departmental teams.
- Support the Events team from creation to execution of client events.
- Ensure CRM capture rate remains consistently above 90%.
- Provide feedback to the Head Office CDM team for continuous data improvement.
- Monitor results and profitability of all implemented actions.
- Enhance client segmentation, profiling, and targeting to improve ROI.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Dior at all business contact points.
- Represent the brand at public and store events to promote Dior's image, brand, service, and products.
- Stay informed about communication and global marketing strategies.
- Work with the Southern Europe Retail Marketing Manager to identify opportunities for client activations and private client relations activities.
- Implement key clienteling actions with existing and prospective clients using Diormag and Gifting programs.
- Build and develop clientele loyalty by personally engaging with clients.
- Drive the strategy on Dior Journeys to ensure 100% engagement on Walk In, Welcome, FDA, and Birthday initiatives.
- Provide training to the Sales team on Dior CRM tools.
- Implement a CDM rota among the Sales team to ensure all clients are contacted.
- Provide weekly and monthly KPI reports for all managers and departments.
- Support the team in driving strategy from KPIs on the shop floor.
- Ensure Dior standards are applied and maintained in merchandising, client experience, and back-office activities.
- Ensure company procedures on security related to theft and pilferage are applied.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding customer service orientation, initiative, and commercial creativity with a fashion sensitivity.
- Strong sensitivity to the luxury products universe.
- Commercial mindset.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Previous experience within luxury fashion (minimum 5 years).
- Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
