1. Coordinate client events, including proposal creation and format validation with central teams.
2. Participate in planning and operational organization of events.
3. Manage suppliers and create event invitations.
4. Oversee budget tracking and invoice processing.
5. Consolidate post-event reports.
6. Support the development of client experiences and organize client treatments.
7. Update the experience catalog and assist in preparing client programs for fashion shows.
8. Assist in tracking and distributing client gifts.

1. Bachelor's degree in progress, preferably at Bac+4/5 level.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of InDesign is advantageous.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
