1. Coordinate client events, including proposal creation and format validation with central teams.
2. Participate in the planning and operational organization of events.
3. Manage service providers for events.
4. Create event invitations.
5. Monitor budgets and process invoices.
6. Consolidate post-event reports.
7. Support the development of client experiences.
8. Organize client treatments and update the experience catalog.
9. Assist in preparing client programs for fashion shows.
10. Aid in tracking and distributing client gifts.

1. Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5).
2. Fluent in English.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of InDesign is advantageous.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage stress effectively.
