1. Coordinate client events, including proposal creation and format validation with central teams.
2. Participate in the planning and operational organization of events.
3. Manage relationships with service providers.
4. Create and distribute event invitations.
5. Monitor budgets and process invoices.

7. Support the development of client experiences.
8. Organize client treatments and update the experience catalog.
9. Assist in preparing client programs for fashion shows.
10. Aid in the tracking and distribution of client gifts.

1. Bachelor's degree in progress, preferably in a related field (Bac+4/5).
2. Fluent in English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of InDesign is advantageous.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Strong stress management capabilities.
4. Organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization.
