1. Coordinate client events, including proposal creation and format validation with central teams.
2. Participate in event planning and operational organization.
3. Manage suppliers and vendors for events.
4. Create and distribute event invitations.
5. Monitor budgets and process invoices related to events.
6. Consolidate post-event reports.
7. Support the development of client experiences.
8. Organize and update client treatment programs and experience catalogues.
9. Assist in the preparation of client programs during fashion shows.
10. Aid in the management and distribution of client gifts.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in a relevant field.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of InDesign is advantageous.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Strong stress management capabilities.
4. Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen sense of priorities.
