1. Coordinate client events, including proposal creation and format validation with central teams.
2. Participate in event planning and operational organization.
3. Manage vendors and create event invitations.
4. Monitor budgets and handle invoice processing.
5. Consolidate post-event reports.
6. Support the development of client experiences and organize client treatments.
7. Update the experience catalog and assist in preparing client programs for fashion shows.
8. Assist in tracking and distributing client gifts.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5).
2. Fluent in English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of InDesign is advantageous.

No prior experience required; open to beginners.

Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5).
