1. Coordinate client events, including proposal creation and format validation with central teams.
2. Participate in event scheduling and operational organization.
3. Manage external service providers for events.
4. Create and distribute event invitations.
5. Oversee budget tracking and invoice processing.
6. Consolidate post-event reports.
7. Support the development of client experiences and organize client treatments.
8. Update the catalog of client experiences.
9. Assist in preparing client programs for fashion shows.
10. Aid in tracking and distributing client gift orders.

1. Bachelor's degree in progress, preferably in the final year (Bac+4/5 equivalent).
2. Fluency in English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of InDesign is advantageous.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage stress effectively.
6. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization.
